This page describes how Larsa Space for Information Technology and Internet Services ("we", "us") handles information collected through www.larsaspace.com. It is written to match what this website actually does. If the company adds analytics, advertising or any other tracking later, this page must be updated to say so.

What we collect

The only information this website asks you for is what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page. That is your name, your e-mail address, and optionally your company, your telephone number, the subject you select, and the message you write.

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not set any cookie of its own.

Two things loaded from other companies

• Google Fonts. The typefaces used on these pages are served by Google. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Google Maps. The contact page embeds a map. Loading it sends a request to Google, subject to Google's own privacy terms.
• Web3Forms. Only when you submit the enquiry form. Nothing is sent to them while you are simply reading the site.

If you would rather not load either of these, both can be removed from the site. Ask us and we will confirm what has changed.

Why we hold what you send

We use the contents of an enquiry to answer it, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company except where we need a supplier's help to answer a technical question, or where we are required to disclose it by law.

Where it goes

The enquiry form is handled by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. What you type is sent to Web3Forms over HTTPS, and they e-mail it to info@larsaspace.com. The message is then held in our company mailbox alongside our other correspondence. Web3Forms also retains a copy of submissions on their own systems; their terms and privacy policy govern that copy.

If you would rather not use the form, write to info@larsaspace.com directly and nothing passes through a third party.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful, and then deleted. If you would like us to delete your enquiry sooner, write to info@larsaspace.com and we will do so.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@larsaspace.com, or call any of the numbers on the contact page.
